This is my view from bed each morning before I get up. I usually get Anthony or one of the kids to crack the curtains a little so my eyes can adjust 😉 then i just lie there daydreaming and planning. I read an article a couple of days ago that talked of the importance of spending time just ‘being’ or daydreaming each day. At least 30 minutes!! So many of us are glued to technology, and if we don’t have a break it has a negative impact, and our creativity and potential are effected 😦 Soooo the time I spend in bed contemplating the day and making plans is actually beneficial to my health!! Who knew!!
